Darya is an experienced corporate services professional with a strong background in corporate administration, banking coordination, compliance, and client relationship management. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Intercultural Communication from Minsk State Linguistic University, as well as a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Administration and an IATA Certification obtained in Cyprus.
With more than 10 years of professional experience, she has developed extensive expertise in administration, corporate support, banking procedures, compliance matters, and the management of international client relationships. Her career has been focused on delivering efficient corporate solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and banking requirements.
Since joining FISCUSSERVE in 2022, she has specialized in Corporate Administration and Corporate Banking, assisting international clients with the establishment, administration, and ongoing management of Cyprus and international corporate structures. Her practice encompasses corporate governance, company secretarial services, liaison with banks and financial institutions, account opening procedures, regulatory compliance, KYC and due diligence processes, corporate restructuring, and substance-related matters.
